Crave Candle Company LLC Refund Policy

We offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable. Private label items are non-refundable. If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at production@cravecandlesco.com.
Non-Refundable Items
Private label orders and gift cards are not eligible for refund. Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error are also non-refundable. Additionally, we cannot accept returns made more than 30 days after delivery.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned in less-than-original condition, missing parts, or returned after the 30-day window under specific circumstances.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. Refunds can take several days to appear. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at production@cravecandlesco.com.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount. Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
